Refund Policy

At Coastal Building Supply, we provide professional-grade building materials. Due to the nature of many products we sell, returns are limited.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are generally final sale unless otherwise approved in writing:

  • Lumber and wood products
  • Special order items
  • Cut or modified materials
  • Clearance items
  • Discontinued items
  • Custom-milled products
  • Opened or used accessories

Eligible Returns

Select stock accessory items may be eligible for return within 30 days if:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • In resalable condition
  • Approved in advance

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee.

Freight Damage / Shortage Claims

All deliveries must be inspected upon receipt.

Visible damage or shortages must be noted at delivery and reported within 24 hours.

Refund Timing

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method when applicable. Processing times may vary by bank or card issuer.
